I’m a a self-shooting director and editor based in London, whose curiosity about the world led me to making films. Working across the charity and commercial sectors, I’ve made films for clients like the Barbican, Little Dot Studios, Greenpeace, Shelter and The Smalls. Alongside this I’ve produced my own independent documentaries which have screened internationally and won some awards, including the London Emerging Award at Cheap Cuts Doc Fest and Best International Short at Ethnocineca Film Festival.
I’m part of Postcode Films, a collective producing documentaries of all shapes and sizes. I’ve also recently founded Leafcutter Films, a production company producing short documentaries through branded partnerships.
Whether working collaboratively with a client or making a doc, the common thread that runs throughout my work is a desire to put those in front of the camera at ease and tell thoughtful, character-driven stories.
